питане за телефон

Трябва ми съвет от някой спец по мобилни телефони !
За известно време ще си сменям телефона и ще тествам друг. Питането ми е как трябва да се съхранява батерията на стария ми телефон като го изключа ? Заредена ли да е, или не ? Да си стои ли на телефона или не ? Ей такива въпроси.. Стария телефон е NOKIA 6310i, а батерията е почти на 2 години , но почти не е мръднала със издържливостта
батерията е Rechargeable Li-polymer Battery, 1100 mAh
За известно време ще си сменям телефона и ще тествам друг. Питането ми е как трябва да се съхранява батерията на стария ми телефон като го изключа ? Заредена ли да е, или не ? заредена извадена от телефона, на постоянна темп. от време на време я дозареждай, ако става въпрос за много дълъг период от време.

така телефона изтощава батерията...
